Holds cam in place during R&R of injection pump and timing belt and while setting timing on diesel and some gas engines. Fits: VW – 1V, 1Z, AAB, ACV, AHU, AWP, AWV, CS, CY, DE, MD, ME, MF, AAZ, AUDI – Diesel. Was also used on the VW 2.0L gas engine (BBW) later on.
